Gabion Mesh is made from double twisted hexagonal steel wire mesh for stone filled baskets, slope protection, riverbank work and retaining structures. It can be supplied in galvanized wire or PVC coated galvanized wire. The mesh is folded for transport and opened on site before stone filling. Common openings include 60 × 80 mm, 80 × 100 mm, 80 × 120 mm, 100 × 120 mm, 100 × 150 mm and 120 × 150 mm. Wire diameter depends on mesh opening and coating type.
